Our carpenter, Randy, is friendly, easy-going, and most of all, concerned with your satisfaction. We believe in being on time, not keeping our customers waiting, but first and foremost we believe in obtaining the clients satisfaction by listening to their wants and needs, and through our superior results. We are aware that renovations and remodeling projects can be both exciting and stressful but part of minimizing the stress is choosing the right renovator. Randy's over all demeanor, experience level, and ability to listen, will assuredly make your remodeling and renovating plans as stress free as possible.

We believe in strong customer service. Karen, our Customer Service Manager, is available any time you are having any type of concern or issue. Karen handles all facets of the customer service concerns for Total Solutions Carpentry, LLC so please do not hesitate to contact her for any reason.

The TSC, LLC staff is available to our clients at all times through a various number of communications options. Whether you prefer email, phone, or face-to-face communications, one of the staff will be available to meet or discuss with you the specific needs, concerns, and issues you may be having.
